You will usually see a judge and receive your first plea somewhere around 2 weeks.

I KNO EXACTLY WAT U GOIN THRU. MY BABY GOT LOCKED LAST MONTH.THEY PICKED HIM UP IN A STOLEN CAR AND GOT A EVADING AND RESISTING ARREST TOO. HE WAS ALREADY ON PROBATION FROM WHEN HE WAS 16. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH AND IM LOST WITHOUT MY BABY TOO. HIS MAMA TOLD ME HE WAS IN MANSFIELD THOUGH. AND I DONT KNO HOW LONG HE GOT EITHER. AND MY BOYFRIEND IS 17 TOO.
