Tarrant County Jail

my hubby was already sentenced to 4yrs for probation violation. He took a plea strongly encouraged by court appointed lawyer.He completed 6.5 yrs.and had 1.5 yrs left on his probation.He caught a misdemeanor charge and that violated him. my question is Is it too late to file a state bar grievence? because his court appointed attorney didnt do anything. My hubby didnt see her until the morning of court and she didnt have a clue to what was going on with my hubby case. If it,s not too late to file a grievence, how do I file one?
