It may seem as though the attorney is working for the defendant but when it all boils down to it the result show otherwise.

just go to the facility, there's a window that says "money" and give the exact amount you want to put there, put the inmates information, first and last name and birthday or CID number and your name and amount you want to give them and they print you out a receipt and they notify the inmate so that he or she knows you put money and how much

you can send books, but you have to send it through the publisher, for example wherever you bought it, they have to ship it to the county jail for you, you just pick the books and purchase and pay for shipment, barnes and noble does it, go there and ask

My son was sentenced to weekend jail for 25 days minus time already served, which should be about 10 days left. He went in at 8pm on Friday, and gets out 10am on Sunday. Will he get credit for a 3 days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, even though he won't be there all day Friday and Sunday?
